Are teacher and admin accounts unlimited?
Each tier includes a set number of teacher and admin seats — generous enough to cover a full staff at that school size. Need more? Additional seats are $15/month (teachers) or $50/month (admins).
Is this billed monthly or annually?
Monthly. The price shown on each tier is what's billed each month — there's no annual contract required.
What happens if our enrollment changes mid-year?
Reach out to your Fenix contact — pricing tier changes are handled at renewal, not automatically mid-semester.
Does the setup fee apply every year?
No — it's a one-time fee per school, covering your branded page, account setup, and staff training.
Is district-wide pricing available?
Yes — districts rolling out to multiple schools at once can get a bundled rate. Contact us for a district quote.
